Those Sunglasses of Yours

I have decided that writing a blog is not easy. Because it's summer and I want to play.. at the same time, I'm going to leave this town pretty soon.. before I go, I just want all Provo dudes/guy friends to look good... and that's the goal. Since it's super hot and sweaty in Utah right now, one item that most of us have possesed is sunglasses. There are so many different types of sunglasses that are in style right now.. the aviator, the bright colored frames, the polarized bifocal, etc.. But.. but have you ever seen one of those sports bright blue/orange sunglasses that we can see our reflexion when we look at them? Hm here's an example.

The image on the left is a perfect example of the sunglasses I'm talking about. They're probably great for sports, but not on the street. Really, sometimes you boys think that wearing these sunglasses make you look like a pimp.. No.. Not really. Maybe it would be wise to wear these shades while you're participating in sports.. I'm sure they have a lot of great benefits because they don't hurt your eyes. Though, while you're walking on the street, the sun is not going to burn your eyes as much. Also, the size of your sunglasses matters. Try to get a pair that fits you and your face shape. I know that some of you might not enjoy girls' huge sunglasses... I don't care. My point here is to make you dudes look better and more appealing to us. That's all. I think I have chosen some shades that we girls think are hot.. you can pick according to your desire.

This is an option for those of you who are not afraid to wear the aviator sunglasses. I know it's pretty boring, but really, most guys look sexy in them. They are great for cruising in town and going out with your ladies. Hm.. make sure the frame is not too shiny or too flashy because you might have a hard time trying to find an outfit to match with your glasses. Overall, these are great shades!

Next, these sunglasses are pretty simple. They are quite sexy, I'd say. They are not too flashy and not too over the top... but still classy. These are great shades for people who don't like the aviators and still enjoy the classic look. If you don't care about quality, you can get some cheap ones anywhere.

One last type of sunglasses that I want to add is the colored frames. These are great for younger crowds and they're pretty fashionable. You gotta wear the right outfit with them :)

Flashy, aren't they? Hope you can pull this off. They come in varoius colors and styles. You should try them on... before making a purchase.

Have I been opinionated enough today? I just hope that you guys put your sporty sunglasses at home or in your backpack.. Really. If my suggestions are not appropriate, you don't have to take it. Just don't wear those sunglasses in pic #1 that's all..

Keep Your Running Shoes At the Gym

I'm living in a mid-sized town called Provo, Utah. Provo is a college town and it's known as a "Happy Valley". This place is quite different, but it is a nice and cozy place to be. The most popular activity that people here are involved with is "DATING" because more than 75%* of faces you see walking by are looking for their eternal partner. Dating in Provo is not the same as any other places. Guys and girls are expected to go out on dates, in average, at least twice a week. If the number doesn't meet their expectation, they get frustrated and blame themselves that they are not doing their part (by asking girls out, or not getting asked out). Some dudes just ask random girls out on a date even though they are not even interested in them... That's cool I guess... But what is the point? To make both parties feel good about themselves?

Anyway, my point of this blog entry is not to whine about the lame dating lifestyles of college students here in Provo, but I just want to write an introduction of the main topic of today's entry... Appropriate Casual Attire For Men ... Honestly, it's not difficult to dress up to attract the ladies. What girls want is neither expensive nor complicated. Well we don't even have to go into the details of fashio and things because we understand that you might feel butterflies in your stomach when we talk about shopping. However, there are some items that you might not realize we (girls) think are not appropriate to wear in "everyday" settings...

The combination of Running shoes and Khaki Pants

We understand that you boys love running and working out and stuff... but running shoes should be worn at the GYM. If you desperately want to wear your running shoes that day, just wear with your gym shorts and a plain white T-shirt. Please.. please.. don't wear these shoes with khaki pants. They are not meant to be together.

So what kind of shoes should you wear?
If you want to us to absolutely adore you, there are several options available in the stores AND you can pick them out yourself!

Some examples for casual wear/hanging out with friends/casual dating activities:

Or if you can find anything cheaper that looks similar to the one in the picture on your left.. go ahead.. We encourage you to look good and feel great. Stay classy, boys!

How to casually wear Khaki pants with sneakers:

Khaki pants are great when you wear them for a business event, but they are pretty tricky to some people to wear them casually. When you Provo boys are going out to a movie with a girl, pleaseeeeee... don't wear them with your tennis shoes, especially when they have tons of wrinkles on them. Your running shoes and your church khaki pants should not be seen together. However, if you wear your khaki pants with appropriate shoes, they can make you look amazingly attractive to us. Try this look with a plain T-shirt or a polo..
